​Match Made in Surrogacy
Now that we all understand how amazing surrogacy is, and why I want to be a carrier for other people, let's move on to the current day stuff. When I told Tina I was ready again, she immediately said she had the perfect couple. WOW! Of course we always hope for quick matches; but already out the door? Ok, let's do this!

​Tina sent me their profile, asked me a few questions about things they wanted to ask before we potentially matched, and I returned with a few questions as well. I was nervous! What if they didn't like my questions? What if they were super picky and I wasn't going to be good enough? Woosaa...I calmed down and waited for the phone call. 
Oooo-ing and Aaaaah-ing over a profile is one thing, but getting to talk to them on the phone., hear their voices, their humor, their tones, and all about them, and it's like falling in love at first site, without actually having seen them in person yet. Lake and I were so amped for the call, and loved every second of it. I truly believe the call was smooth, positive, up beat, and overall more than I could have expected; and this isn't our first rodeo. When the call is over, Tina, ( who mediates the introduction calls), says to us all, "Take a few days to think about it, make sure this will work, and email me or call me to let me know." When the call ended, Lake and I looked at each other and both had love in our eyes, and said, "YES, they're perfect! Let's make a baby with them!". It was barely minutes after we hung up the phone, I emailed Tina , and told her we LOVED them, and wanted to most definitely carry for them. She emailed me right back and said they beat me to the punch, and had already said they wanted us. Match made in surrogacy!
Holy Crap! We are matched! Again! We are doing another surrogacy!!!!! WOW, WOW, WOW! Cloud nine doesn't even touch where we were at this point. We spent the entire evening talking about the phone call, about The Dads, about everything! We were on our way to journey number two. Next steps, contracts and clinic day.
