Special Considerations for Same-Sex Couples
We know that the dynamics of matching couples with surrogates and fostering a relationship between the families can be different when the Intended Parents are both male. We know how to match you with a surrogate that will be fully motivated to help you become parents, and we also make sure her partner and immediate family will be supportive.

We will only refer you to a clinic that has established protocols and guidelines developed to suit the unique needs of same sex couples and singles. Our clinics are not just respectful, warm and flexible when working with same sex intended parents, but also know how to help you both become biological parents (simultaneously or sequentially). We know how to accommodate the specific considerations gay couples may have regarding the choice of egg donors, including possibly having a desire to meet and even stay in touch with their donor over time.

Our network of qualified legal experts will help educate you about the legal options and considerations that are unique to your circumstances, including your marital status and where you reside. They will advise you about issues such as which states are most surrogacy friendly, should you consider using a pre-birth order and/or second parent adoption, and what the documentation and supportive legal measures will be required to make the process smooth and efficient. Later on in the journey, we will match you with a qualified local counsel to assist you in executing this legal strategy prior to and immediately following the birth.
