Gestational CarriersFor many women, giving the gift of a child to another family can be a deeply rewarding experience. At The Surrogacy Experience (TSE), we are committed to providing the information and resources needed to understand if becoming a Surrogate Mother is suitable for you and your loved ones.
At TSE, our approach to working with Gestational Carrier is based on partnership. We seek to form a close relationship with our Surrogate Mothers based on mutual trust and respect. This enables us to match you with Intended Parents who share the same expectations for the surrogacy relationship. The comprehensive guidance and support services we offer throughout the surrogacy process, from decision to beyond delivery, are based on personal experience and on understanding that each journey is different for everyone. |
Surrogacy CompensationA Gestational Carrier's compensation package is determined by several factors and is also specific to your and your family's desires.
At TSE we do not feel someone should receive a lower compensation based on where they live or if they have surrogacy-friendly insurance or not. Instead, our agency sets minimum compensation requirements for Intended Parents while allowing you to request your own compensation package. We will provide you with considerations to think about as well as industry standards to help. These will be shared with any potential parents and ultimately finalized with the help of your attorney (paid for by the Intended Parents). We will help you navigate through setting a foundation and reviewing and finalizing the process with your attorney. Please note that our agency wants to ensure all parties understand their rights and responsibilities before beginning their journey. Hence, we require a contract to be executed before the medical side of the surrogacy journey begins. To learn more about Gestational Carrier Compensation, click the button below. |
LawsU.S. laws governing surrogacy agreements and Gestational Carrier compensation, as well as how the Intended Parent(s) acquire the birth certificate, vary by state and sometimes county. It is crucial that all Gestational Carriers and Intended Parents arrange separate qualified legal representation to protect their interests.
