TSE Approach
Our approach is founded on the core belief that Intended Parents and Surrogates alike deserve the highest quality care and support. At TSE, we all have personal experience in one form or another with gestational surrogacy and family building. Our agency was founded on the personal experience of Founder, Blair Sullivan, who worked with a Gestational Carrier to complete her family. We believe this is not just a business but a very emotional and intimate process for all involved. Tina Dettlaff, our Managing Principal, has been a gestational carrier twice and uses that experience to enlist quality carriers for our program. We work as a team to support our Surrogate Mothers and Intended Parents from decision to post delivery.

- Create a personal surrogacy program tailored to your specific expectations and needs
- Help you create a Gestational Carrier profile to share with potential Intended Parents
- Handle all insurance matters, including assessing your existing insurance policy, submitting all claims, and assisting with rollover insurance coverage post-delivery
- Manage the financial obligations outlined in your Gestational Carrier agreement with your Intended Parents
- Review and booking of any travel arrangements that may be needed, including flights, ground services and hotels
- Guide you and your Intended Parent(s) in introductions to your OB/GYN and delivering hospital
- Offer continuous support throughout pregnancy, delivery, and post-birth, including regular check-points after appointments
- Provide access to a private gestational carrier group for support
- And overall to be there for you and your Intended Parents to help manage the relationship

- We take great care in learning what brought you down the path to surrogacy and work with your fertility clinic to understand their medical requirements for a Gestational Carrier candidate.
- Help you create an Intended Parent profile to share with potential Gestational Carriers
- Once matched, we will assist with getting your Gestational Carrier signed on as a patient to your fertility clinic, send out referrals/introductions for attorneys who can assist in preparing the Gestational Carrier Agreement, and go over all of the components regarding Life Insurance, Health Insurance, etc.
- Manage the financial obligations set forth in your Gestational Carrier agreement with your Gestational Carrier Agreements, such as compensation payments, insurance payments, reimbursements, payments to monitoring sites, etc.
- Review and booking of any travel arrangements that may be needed, including flights, ground services and hotels
- Guide you and your Gestational Carrier with introductions to the OB/GYN and delivering hospital
- Offer continuous support throughout pregnancy, delivery and post-birth including regular check-points after appointments
