Tina Dettlaff - Managing Principal

Tina brings valuable experience to her position at The Surrogacy Experience. As a two-time gestational carrier, she understands the intricacies of the surrogacy relationship and the questions and concerns often involved in the process. She is dedicated to surrounding our agency with leading professionals in the industry and improving our organization to satisfy our clients' ever-changing needs.
With over 30 years of professional experience in customer service and business management, Tina knows the importance of having strong partners and the need to continually evolve the business to customize programs to fit individual client needs.

Tammy Schwartz - Client Relations Manager

Tammy brings more than 30 years of Customer service expertise to our agency. She is dedicated to making our client's journey as informed and as relaxed as possible. With her past experience inside the insurance industry, Tammy is skilled at learning her client's needs and designing a program that is right for them. Her inherent nature to be pro-active instead of reactive, allows for her to recognize and fix issue before they can affect Intended Parents or the Gestational Carriers. With Tammy's vast experience working with an array of people with different backgrounds and needs, she is a huge asset to our agency as well as to the people she supports.

Blair's Surrogacy Story

Blair Sullivan - Founder 

Blair was the original founders of The Surrogacy Experience. She has two daughters, one conceived through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and the other via Gestational Surrogacy. Though her personal experience she established our mission to provide information and support for those embarking on a surrogacy journey.  While she feels blessed for her wonderful outcome, she knows it was a path of uncertainty, not knowing where to turn and a slew of variables out of anyone's control. "I wanted to help erase some of the question marks and, for those who ultimately choose this path, to help them do so with confidence, knowledge and unmeasurable support."

Diane Manzo - Administrative Manager

Diane brings more than 35 years of diverse business and financial expertise to TSE. She oversees all insurance responsibilities, including review of surrogate mother and intended parent’s insurance, purchase insurance if required, claim submissions, contacting insurance companies on behalf of surrogate mothers and intended parents, and assisting in the turnover of insurance coverage after delivery.

Angela Libecci - Office Administrator

With over 30 years of experience, Angela brings to TSE a diverse background in business and finance. Her previous financial experience includes bookkeeping as well as all aspects of investment and insurance accounting.  Angela currently oversees the office operations and assists with monthly budgeting and financial reporting.
