Surrogacy CompensationA Surrogate Mother's compensation package is determined by several factors and it is also specific to you and your family's desire.
At TSE we do not feel someone should receive a lower compensation based on where they live or if they have surrogacy friendly insurance or not. Rather, our agency sets minimum compensation requirements for Intended Parents, while allowing you to request your own compensation package. We will provide you with considerations to think about as well as industry standards to help. These will be shared with any potential parents and ultimately finalized with the help of your attorney (paid for by the Intended Parents). We will help you navigate through setting a foundation, review and finalization process with your attorney. Please note that our agency wants to make sure all parties understand their rights and responsibilities before begin their journey so we require a contract be executed before the medical side of the surrogacy journey begins.
